Payment
Payment should be made in U.S. dollars, in checks or money orders (drawn to a U.S. bank with micro-encoding of bank routing number). Credit card payments are also accepted, please sign authorization and give Visa, Mastercard or American Express number with expiration date. Foreign credit card holders should include v-code. No cash please. Our non-profit ID# is available as well, please call the executive directors at the number below.
